As many of you know, there is something very special happening in my life this fall — my wife and I are expecting our first child, a baby girl! To be present for this incredibly important chapter in our lives, I will be taking paternity leave from October 9th through Thanksgiving 2026. This is a decision that means a lot to me personally.
